Mystical traditions have always emphasized focusing awareness inside. As therapists, we often strive to find balance between focusing on our clients, while tuning into what our unconscious worlds are saying.

In this 2.5 hour workshop, healer and psychotherapist David Steinberg will teach you how to awaken the third eye. The workshop is designed for psychotherapists, social workers and other mental health professionals. In yoga, the third eye is considered to be the gateway to the energy body and lines of current that run through our psychic centers. By deepening our understanding of ourselves, we're able to hone our natural intuition in the service of the clients we treat.

During this workshop we:

• Learn the technique for awakening the 3rd eye.
• Learn how to access and modulate the energy body to make available levels of awareness for healing ourselves and our clients.
• Experience the technique of psychic sleep, where the bridge between our conscious and unconscious worlds can be traversed. In this experiential exercise, you will get a taste of your potential ability to maintain awareness in the dream state.

David Steinberg, PhD, is a world-renowned healer and psychotherapist whose work combines the healing philosophies and sciences of the East with the psychologies of the West.
