Psychotherapy and Healing
I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy and Eastern healing modalities, including Thai yoga therapy, meditation, and yoga.
My
approach to therapy is holistic, as I believe that healthy ways of
being and living are best achieved through multiple modalities.
Drawing from both Eastern and Western philosophies gives me the unique
ability to pass on the benefits of healing traditions to
others.
Whether you struggle with addictions or compulsions,
chronic pain, anxiety, depression, or undesirable relationship
patterns, these issues can consume your time, impact your health and
disrupt your life. As a therapist, I see myself as a facilitator and a
guide toward healing and growth.
My approach to psychotherapy
depends upon your situation and history. Rather than trying to fit
every client into one technique, I tailor my therapy to the developmental and emotional needs at issue. I believe that everybody is unique
and requires specialized care in their therapy.
