Half of all marriages end in divorce, and probably another 25% are barely getting by. Hello folks! This is a major crisis that we are facing as a culture! Why can't we just get along? I know why, and if you continue to read this post, you will understand too.

Does the threat of a panic attack follow you around like a bad smell?  Are you losing whole nights of sleep, or waking up with your heart racing and parts of your body tingling? The experience of panic can make you feel so out of control, and it can become a self-fulfilling prophecy and a vicious cycle, as the worrying about panicking triggers more panic, and the more you have panic attacks, the more you worry about getting them.

Reality is subjective and created by a combination of your current beliefs and past relationships and experiences.  We only experience absolute reality about 20% of our waking lives. This has great implications for how we understand our significant others and friends.

When driving there’s an area next and behind you in your rearview mirror that you cannot see.  It is dangerous, as you run the risk of turning into a car in your blindspot.  Sometimes we fall into the same danger in the way we tend to repeat patterns in our relationships.

Thinking about going on medication for Depression?  E-mail

An article was published in today's New York Times titled: Popular Drugs May Help Only Severe Depression. The writer, Benedict Carey, points to new research suggesting that SSRI medications are no more effective than placebos in the treatment of mild to moderate depression. This new research is no doubt a blow to the pharmaceutical companies.
